Meet Landlord Partner Charlotte McLinden
Each year, we move homeless families and individuals out of homelessness and into homes of their own. This work would not be possible without the incredible landlord partners who provide affordable and decent housing to these families. One of these wonderful landlord partners is Charlotte McLinden, Property Manager with NBS Rentals.
Over the last two years, Charlotte and her team have rented over 30 units to our families leaving homelessness behind!
Over the last two years, Charlotte and her team have rented over 30 units to our families leaving homelessness behind. Housing is the foundation by which these families can rebuild their lives—access healthcare, obtain steady employment, ensure educational opportunities for their children, and connect with their neighbors and community.
We asked Charlotte about her experience working with Miriam’s House and she shared, “Building relationships over the years with Miriam's House has been a true blessing to me personally. The staff at Miriam's House work hard to find the best home for each of their clients and strives to meet their needs throughout the residency. The support Miriam's House gives to their clients and landlord partners shows a genuine concern for the families they work with and the community as a whole. It takes work on everyone's part to end homelessness and while we cannot help everyone, everyone is worth the effort.”
